GBT American Express Pearlsard Travel Services commenced operations in 1984 and received its IATA license in 1988. At its inception American Express Pearlsard employed one Travel Consultant, an accountant and a messenger. The agency has grown from its humble beginnings to a stage where it is regarded as a market leader and today it has a full staff complement of ten.

LOCATION

The Company’s head office is located at 191 Baines Avenue, Corner 10th Street Harare. We are located in the ‘Avenues’ out of the Central Business District but easily accessible with plenty of quiet and secure parking for our clients.

Our Mission Statement is to satisfy EACH and EVERY one of our clients ALL THE TIME through outstanding personal service.

INDUSTRY MEMBERSHIPS

As an accredited member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) we diligently adhere to the rules and guidelines of the association. American Express Pearlsard Travel Services is also a member of the Association of Zimbabwe Travel Agents (AZTA) and of the Zimbabwe Tourism Authority (ZTA).
